My hero to me!
What makes your hero a *hero* to *you*? How does this individual compare and contrast to the heroes we have studied?
The hero that i came to realize. Sorry for being to religious, but i think its my main homie Jesus Christ.
I think hes an individual that went through a heroes journey. Just as Edward Bloom in the movie Big Fish. Edward knew that he was going to die from the lady with one eye. Just as Jesus did, he knew he was going to die from a two angels that showed him a cross and 3 nails. and jesus was a little boy then so its very hard to accept it at this young age. But Jesus accepted it and went on his journey.
In the movie real life super heroes, Mr. Extreme and all his other team mates. Took off drug dealers of the streets, gave charity to kids, and gave food and drinks to the needy. They also helped sick people on the streets.
I can relate this to Jesus. Jesus had followers too, the 12 disciples. They went out to many roads and went to many places with Jesus healing sick people, curing blind people, and also giving justice to the needy. Jesus made everyone feel equal and loved. Last what i can relate jesus also had mentors and guardians, which where God, his mother Mary, and his father Joseph. Just as in the movie Big Fish.
Jesus also had had a Goddess, but whats cool was it wasnt a female or an individual, it was actually us. He fell in love us like me and infinity generations. Another part of jesus life is he too went through road of trials, which where 1 when jesus gets betrayed, 2 when people are skeptical and thinking that he is not God (blasphemy), 3 his disciples forget about him because they dont want to die. Last his atonement, when jesus finaly gets crucified and accepts his death that his life was really for God and trusted God no matter what. Then the transformation is Jesus spirit goes to heaven So there's many more i can relate, but i think Jesus life is cool

I've chosen a college blog because i want to know the latest news about college and college life. Because after high school and be on my way to pursuing a nursing career make the right choices.
My last 2 blogs are about nursing, because in the future i really want to become a nurse and i want to be interested and grow to learn and love it. So in the future if i do become a nurse i know now that i can have a passion for it
